Before You Send Sensitive Content

Please do not email page photos, full book pages, voice recordings, passwords, payment card details, government identifiers, medical information, legal documents, child-related information, or other sensitive content unless MarkVox specifically asks for it and explains why it is needed.

For capture or OCR problems, describe what happened and include the app screen, device type, and approximate time. If a screenshot is necessary, crop or blur anything private before sending it.

Beta Support

During beta, MarkVox support is handled manually. Response times may vary, but privacy and account deletion requests should follow the current account deletion runbook and privacy request process.

Account Deletion

If you can sign in, start account deletion from Profile -> Data & Privacy.

If you cannot sign in, contact privacy@markvox.app from the email address tied to your MarkVox account. MarkVox may need to verify account control before processing the request.
